What do you get when you put two creative chefs with a dream together? In this case, Cape Town’s first crowdfund restaurant which aims to change the way people dine.

Belly of the Beast, a small restaurant set to open in December, is the brainchild of chef duo Neil Swart and Anouchka Horn.

Swart and Horn raised over R12000 on the first day and, with over a month to go before their deadline, you can be part of this venture.

Diners will also be able to see their meals being prepared from scratch in the restaurant’s on-display kitchen.

The small space will be limited to 20 guests, allowing the chefs to chat with diners from the kitchen.
