CAPE TOWN- South Africa has registered 56 new Covid-19 related deaths bringing the death toll to 848
while the total number of infections is at
40 729
, an increase of 3 267 infections.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said 21 3111
people had recovered from the virus.
"A total of 820 675 tests have been processed cumulatively of which 34 696 tests have been conducted since the last report," said Mkhize.
