DURBAN - As the country ushers into the new lockdown period, many of us are still adjusting to life under these circumstances. Being cooped up with the same faces for a prolonged period of time does have an impact on the quality of relationships.
According to Durban psychologist, Rakhi Beekrum, “communication with our partners during this time is key. If you feel like you need some much-needed space and time away, tell them”.
Beekrum highlights how we can get around irritation and unforeseen arguments that may arise during this lockdown period.
