Avo and Apple Smoothie
Avocados are packed with plant-based fats that help you feeling full for longer. Apples are high in fibre and ginger stimulates secretion of digestive acid. Salt stimulates bowl movement.
Ingredients:
• 1 Avocado
• 1 Apple
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Cut and remove the seed and core the apple and avocado. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
