Super Berry Smoothie
Berries contain high amounts of fibre. Some berries such as blueberries and raspberries help boost the metabolism and breaks down belly fat while also lowering your cholesterol levels.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Berries
• 1 Banana
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Cranberry Juice
Wash the fruits, peel and deseed if needed. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
