DIY Health Tonic : Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is available at all supermarkets and contains multiple vitamins and minerals that aid the body. This use for Apple Cider Vinegar is to reduce inflammation and reduce sinus headaches and blockage of your sinus passage.


• 1 Cup of boiled water

• 3 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tsp Lemon and 2 tsp Honey (for flavour)

Add your 3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to your cup of water and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of honey to add flavour as well as to cut the unfavourable taste of Apple Cider Vinegar.
