Avo and Banana Smoothie

Avocados are a good source of Glutathione which is an antioxidant needed for lymphoid cells. Bananas have many health benefits and are a good source of vitamins. It contains vitamins B6 which helps the body form red blood cells and C which helps boost the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Avocado Pear

• 1 Banana

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• 1 tbsp Honey

Peel the fruits and cut the avocado into cubes. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
