Cayenne Pepper Tea
Cayenne pepper is a good pain reliver. It helps relieve different types of bodily pain. It helps improve conditions for autoimmune diseases and is packed with antioxidants.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
• 1 Slice of Lemon
• Honey
Boil water in a kettle and proceed to make your usual cup of tea, if you are a tea drinker. Add the cayenne pepper powder and ginger powder to the boiled water or tea. Add a slice of lemon and honey for taste. Enjoy while hot.
