Cherry and Coconut Smoothie

Cherries are packed with tons of nutrients for your body. It contains antioxidants and is a good and uncommon source of Vitamin C. Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which remove bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body. It is used to boost the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup of Cherries

• 1 Banana

• 2 tbsp Coconut Cream

• 1 Cup Coconut Milk

• 1 tbsp Honey

• 1 Cup Cranberry Juice

Wash and remove the stems and seeds from the cherries. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
