Flu Fighter Smoothie

This smoothie contains flaxseeds, berries and pomegranates. Flaxseeds contain lignans which helps boost the immune system. Berries that are dark, like blackberries help prevent viruses from spreading within the body. Pomegranate juice contains antioxidants that fight bacterial infections.


• 2 Cups Pomegranate juice

• 2 tbsp ground Flaxseed

• 2 Cups of Berries

Wash fruit and add ingredients into the blender. Blend together and enjoy.
