DIY Health Tonic: Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie

Spinach strengthens your immune system and helps to repel bacteria and viruses. Celery and parsley both have antifungal and antibacterial properties to help fight infections.


• 3/4 Cups Spinach

• 2 tbsp Celery

• 2 tbsp Parsley

• 1 tsp Ginger Powder

• 1 Cup Mango and Orange Juice

• 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Wash the spinach, celery and parsley. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
