DIY Health Tonic: Matcha Berry Smoothie

Matcha Berry Smoothie

Matcha is full of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins. It contains Vitamin C and helps limit the invasion and growth of bacteria and viruses. Berries that are dark, like blackberries help prevent viruses from spreading within the body


• 1 Cup of Blueberries

• 1 Cup of Strawberries

• 1 Cup of Plain Yoghurt

• 2 tsp of Matcha powder

• 1/2 cup of Orange Juice

• 1 tsp Honey

Wash your berries and add them to the blender. Add the other ingredients in and blend. Enjoy chilled.
