Orange and Basil Smoothie

Oranges helps boost your immune system and it is a great source of Vitamin C and it is packed with antioxidants. Basil has anti-inflammatory properties which protect the body from a variety of diseases.


• 1 Orange

• A Handful of Basil leaves

• 1 Cup of Plain Yoghurt

• 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice

• Honey

Wash fruits and cut them into small pieces. Add the ingredients into the blender and blender together. Add honey for taste. Enjoy chilled.
