DIY Health Tonic: Oregano Tea

Oregano Tea

Oregano is rich in antioxidants and helps fight bacteria in the body. The compounds in oregano protect the body against viruses, decrease inflammation and can help treat asthma.


• 1 cup of Boiled Water

• 2 tsp of Dried Oregano / 1 Oregano Teabag

Boil water and add 2 teaspoons of dried oregano into a tea strainer. Pour the boiled water over the oregano, in the cup, and leave it for 2 to 4 minutes. Add sugar or honey for taste. Remove the strainer and enjoy.
