Raspberry and Flaxseed Smoothie
Raspberries are full of antioxidants and contain Vitamin C which helps to decrease inflammation in the body. Flaxseeds contain lignans which help boost the immune system.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Raspberries
• 1 tbsp Flaxseed
• 2 tsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Wash the raspberries and add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
