Strawberry and Cinnamon Smoothie

Strawberries contain folate (B9) which is used to promote normal tissue growth. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:

• 2 Cup Strawberries

• 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• 1/2 Cup Mango Juice

Wash and destem the strawberries. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
