Jam Donut
If you on a diet and want something easy and light to have on your cheat day, this is an easy single-serving recipe to follow and it’s made in a mug.
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 4 tbsp Flour
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
• 1 tsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tbsp Jam
Add butter into the mug and microwave until melted. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Microwave for 45 seconds oh high heat, until the top is firm. Add more cinnamon sugar for garnish.
