The former principal ballerina and mother of two, aged 49, now keeps in shape with Pilates and her own dance workout, DDMix, which includes flamenco and Irish dancing, salsa, samba and jive.
What to try: The triceps push-back will work away those bingo wings. You will need a pair of dumbbells (or two bottles of water).
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly flexed, with a weight in each hand. Have your arms straight at your sides, palms facing backwards. Push your arms straight back behind you as far as you can without bending forwards. Then return the weights to your sides.
