How to deal with Eye Strain
With using our computers for work or being on the phone or watching tv, our eyes tend to get strained as we do not allow them to take a break. These simple steps will help reduce eye strain:
1. Blink as often as possible to refresh your eyes
2. Adjust the screen brightness
3. Perform eye exercises like rolling your eyes
4. Take eye breaks by closing your eyes for a few minutes
