DURBAN - South Africa now has recorded 174 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 14 563, while infections are at 633 015, an increase of 2 420.
Of the latest fatalities, 50 are from Gauteng, 24 from the Eastern Cape, 17 from the Western Cape, 9 from Northern Cape, 8 from Free State,9 from the North West, 27 from Mpumalanga and 39 from KwaZulu-Natal.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said the total number of recoveries is 554 887, which translates to a recovery rate of 88%.
