Ginger Tea
Ginger has many beneficial effects on the human body, especially during the flu season. It helps relieve body pains, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients:
• Peeled and sliced Ginger / Ginger Teabag
• Boiled water
• Honey
Peel and slice fresh ginger and add to a pot of boiling water. Remove the ginger slices and strain any pulp left behind. Or alternatively, just add a ginger teabag to your boiled water. Add honey for flavour.
