DURBAN - As the Covid-19 pandemic eases in the Western Cape, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), known as the 'Hospital of Hope' will be closing on Tuesday.
One of the doctors has written a song, the lyrics of the song are based on the World Health Organization (WHO) hand hygiene movements that were used to train the hospital staff.
The facility treated 1 502 people, discharged 1 440 with 57 remaining patients. The remaining patients will be moved to the Brackengate temporary facility starting on Friday.
