As a Beauty Editor I get to attend a lot of beauty launches and review the latest make up products for our readers.

These are the 10 make up must-haves I'm gushing over at the moment.

1. Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact make up and concealer

Our circle of Beauty Editors can't get enough of Revlon's 2-in-1 Compact available in 12 different shades. It is easy to apply and literally got me 'covered' from 9-5. The Compact includes a unique applicator for precise application, but my favourite element is the attached mirror for touch-ups when I'm on-the-go between events and launches.

2. Optiphi Hydration Tint SPF 20

The new Optiphi Hydration Tint SPF 20 offers a breathable, light to medium coverage with mattifying, skin brightening and anti-aging benefits. I like to use it as a 2-in-1 beauty product over weekends as my off-duty look. I also apply the product before going to the gym as it gives you that 'no make up' effect. I love the fact that the hydration tint acts as a light foundation while the SPF 20 offers sun protection without leaving that irritating white film, making it suitable for all skin colours. The Hydration Tint is available in 3 shades - light, medium and dark.

3. BURST FD 05: Stipple Foundation Makeup Brush

If you are only going to invest in one make up brush, this is the one! Burst's new revolutionary foundation brush has a flat top to stipple foundation onto the skin. You can apply the foundation to have a light to heavy coverage depending on your preference. Perfect to create that flawless look without even trying! #OBSESSED

4. Essence Shape Your Face Contouring Palette

I finally managed to semi-mastered my contouring skills when Essence brought out their new contouring-palette which you apply in 3 easy steps. On the back it shows you exactly where to apply the 3 different shades, so you don't have to look like a Kardashian who got out of the wrong side of bed.

You start off with the darker powder directly below the cheekbones and on the sides of your nose. The lighter powder you use directly above the cheekbones, forehead and bridge of the nose. Lastly I put on the blush for a fresh and natural look.

5. Benefit Gimme Brow

Women should touch up their brows like they would touch up her lipstick! Benefit Cosmetics brought out a new brow-volumizing fiber gel available in 6 different shades. It adds an instant tint to your brows and you can decide the intensity of the colour. I have my Gimme Brow on standby 24/7 as it fits perfectly into small handbags and clutches for evening events - the #Benebabe way!

6. Catrice Absolute Nude Eye shadow Palette

I like to keep my eye make-up soft and simple. Catrice's eye shadow palette consists of subtle colours like sand, soft beige and light brown with a combination of matte and shimmer. I recommend this for creating natural-looking eye make-up as well as a more serious smokey eye in the evening.

7. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour

I'm obsessed with a perfect matte nude lip! Think Selena Gomez in her new Coca Cola ad... so on point! I recently discovered Revlon's Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour in 630 HD Seduction (nude). I'm pleased with the results as the lip colour keeps my lips hydrated and gives me a velvety finish look which I love. There are 16 HD shades available and the colours are truly intense and make your pout pop! Perfect for standing out in a group selfie.

8. HEAN MATTense Lipstick

Hean's new MATTense Lipsticks are a good combination of matte, sheer and natural finishes to suit every skin tone. The colours are super trendy and I just bought the 401 and 402 purple shades and I haven't received so many compliments in a while! My Editor's also completely in love with the new MATTense range and has a different colour for every day of the week: “It really, really is long-lasting. I put it on in the morning before breakfast and don't even have to worry about touching up afterwards.”

9. Morgan Taylor 'REACT' extended base and top coat

Confession: I am a nail-bitter, so it is really hard finding strong nail products that keep me from biting. Morgan Taylor just released a new patent-pending Gelish Infused Technology bonds. It's like a DIY-gelish nail polish which takes you 10 minutes to apply. The REACT Base Coat provides radical colour adhesion, while the REACT Top Coat seals the deal with chip resistance that outshines the rest! The best part, it can be used with any nail lacquer you already own. The results are long-lasting (7-10 days) and my nails are actually growing without having to go to the nail salon. Winning!

10. HEAN Volume Stimulating Conditioner (Editor’s Choice)

I have been using Hean Volume Stimulating conditioner for about a year. The great thing is that it is hypoallergenic, strengthens and conditions the eyelashes and stimulates their natural growth.

It never crumbles during the day and lasts for a full 14 hours. The best thing for me is that it is not tested on animals I can enjoy my lovely long lashes without any guilt.
