Did Duchess Meghan show some flesh or is just an illusion?

My mom firmly believes that a lady should always wear a petticoat when wearing a dress or skirt - I think my mom needs to have a chat with the Duchess of Sussex.

On the last leg of their 16-day Pacific tour, Meghan wore a royal blue top with a pleated mid-calf Givenchy skirt during a walkabout in Rotorua in New Zealand. What she might not have been aware of was that she was showing a lot more than a royal lady should.

Some would say that it's simply an illusion created by the design of the skirt. None the less, it sure looked like we could see her underwear and the shape of her legs.

Here are the pictures. You be the judge.
