Drawing inspiration from Northern Soul, Ben Sherman has launched Autumn Winter collection-Heart of Soul.
With this collection, the brand explores industrious British northern towns of the 1970’s at a time when living for the weekend was truly a way of life.
With Dance being at the forefront of the Northern Soul movement, it is also seen as a key direction of the AW18 collection, highlighted through the stunning black and white imagery of Brian Cannon.

Parquet floor patterns are reinterpreted through an autumnal colour palette with modern yarns- while night owls are celebrated through badges and patches, wool shirts with soul pins.

The collection also has a playful tone with slogans that cleverly illustrate the double meanings of the revered scene such as a striking pictorial owl knitted sweater and quirky all over owl prints.
