Back in the ‘80s, the RS was an innovative and high-quality cushioning technology.
This season, PUMA launched the RS-X sneaker, a totally new concept built on the classic Running System (RS) line. The new RS-X range is all-things extreme, exaggerated and remixed. Embracing the future and honouring the past, the OG-inspired silhouette celebrates extreme reinvention with its bulky design, material mixes, and bold colour palette.
Celebrating reinvention of toys in and beyond sneaker culture, the RS-X Toys design is inspired by collectable vinyl toys. The nostalgia-packed sneakers take you back to the era of iconic toys that generations grew up with.

The retro-inspired bulky silhouette is decked with RS technology on the midsole. With a mesh upper and leather overlays, the futuristic design comes to life with an embossed textile heel piece and moulded sockliner with RS PUMA branding.
Dropping in two new colourways - PUMA Black – Blue Atoll and PUMA White – PUMA Royal – High Risk Red the sneakers feature fun colour block design.
Get your hands on the RS-X Toys for R1 999, dropping 20 November at PUMA SELECT stores, X-Trend, Superbalist, Jack Lemkus, Madaiza and selected retailers nationwide.
