SA's style elites shine at the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards

Held at Serena Conference Centre on Friday night, the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards saw South Africa’s flag flying high when four of our fashion and beauty A-listers, Maxhosa by Laduma, Lucoh Mhlongo, Saadique Ryklief and Sarah Langa won big at one of Africa’s prestigious style event.  

Known for traditional Xhosa aesthetics, Maxhosa by Laduma won the Fashion Designer of the year award.

Makeup Artiste of the Year was taken by Lucoh Mhlongo, SA’s celebrity makeup artist.

Saadique Ryklief won the Hair Stylist of the Year while fashion blogger, Sarah Langa walked away with the Female Fashionista of the Year title.

Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards is an African fashion award ceremony that celebrates and acknowledges fashion industry stakeholders i.e. fashion designers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, media personalities and influencers on the African Continent and beyond.

This event is held annually in Uganda since its inaugural ceremony in 2013. The ASFAs is an evening of Glitz and Glamour and the biggest red carpet in Africa, in a true celebration of fashion and style, with A-List guests from across the continent.
