Irina Shayk doesn't believe in diets and allowed herself to chow down on hamburgers and pizza after the birth of her daughter Lea.

The 32-year-old model sprung back into shape just months after she and boyfriend Bradley Cooper welcomed their little girl into the world, but she's adamant she didn't follow any strict plan to help her shed her baby weight as she believes "balance" is the secret.

Speaking to 'Entertainment Tonight', she said: "I don't believe in diets. I feel like if you want to eat a hamburger or pizza or Spanish jamon, you should do it. This is the secret; just enjoy your life and knowing the balance between eating and working out always helps."

The Russian beauty has been dating the 43-year-old actor since 2015 and, although the pair sparked engagement rumours over two years ago, Irina refused to divulge what their plans were in regards to becoming husband and wife in the future.

However, she had no qualms talking about which wedding dress from the Pronovias bridal show, which she walked in earlier this week in Barcelona, Spain, is more her "style."

She explained: "My style is really simple, and less is more, so I definitely like this because it has a little detail. I like the long sleeve, it's really classy and voila, an open back."
