Pretoria - The newly revamped Audi Centre Centurion features an Audi Customer Private Lounge (CPL), a first for the South African market and something that was inspired by similar international concepts from Berlin and Singapore.

The Audi CPL allows customers to custom-design their own Audi vehicle using virtual-reality technology and a digital configuration screen, as part of the latest step in Audi’s innovative and progressive journey towards digitalisation.

The new Audi Centre in Centurion has expanded its footprint to four times its original size, and now also features a spacious showroom, an active reception area, where cars are inspected as they are checked in, as well as two service workshops for an enhanced customer service experience.

The upgrade has taken roughly four years to complete and despite numerous land surveying challenges as the building is located in a dolomite area, Audi Centre Centurion has progressed itself to an impressive terminal which is premium, modern and proudly showcases an enhanced Audi identity in Pretoria.

“Audi Centre Centurion is about showcasing innovative technology in a premium and comfortable environment while always ensuring that a state-of-the-art experience is met at every customer interaction,” said Audi Centre Centurion’s Managing Director, Peter Preusse.

“Now we have taken things to a new level of service and excellence with the Audi CPL, the active reception area and our newly designed delivery bay. It really has to be experienced to be believed. We are really proud of what we have established here and aim to stay true to our tradition and reputation in Centurion.”

Over the 21 years of its existence, the Autohaus Group (which includes Volkswagen and Audi Centurion) has long been known for its excellent service and aftersales training – with an on-site facility, unique to this dealership.

The training facility is run by experienced, German-born, Audi technician Thomas Koening, who facilitates courses and ensures that all service apprentices and technicians are aligned with Audi’s latest aftersales standards and processes.

The dealership is systematically designed to ensure logical and efficient flow between the various departments of Sales, Service and Pre-owned and for a seamless and efficient customer experience. An upstairs Quattro coffee lounge provides a relaxed environment where clients can sip a beverage and browse finance and insurance options while they wait to take delivery of their Audi.

“It’s evident that Peter and his team at Audi Centre Centurion have put in a lot of hard work, investment and effort in strengthening the Audi brand in Pretoria. Audi Centre Centurion’s upgrade reflects the Dealership’s commitment to an integrated and superior retail environment which reflects an innovative experience of the Audi brand,” said Trevor Hill, Head of Audi South Africa.

“We look forward to welcoming Audi enthusiasts and customers to the newly revamped Audi Centre Centurion, so that they can get the full Vorsprung experience, concluded Peter Preusse.
