Boozy Treats: Bailey's Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse

This simple 3 ingredient recipe is easy to make and is able to serve 6 people.

• 2 Cups Heavy Cream

• 200 g Powdered Sugar

• 200 g Cocoa Powder

• 1/4 Cup Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur

Sift the cocoa powder before adding it to other ingredients. Chill the bowl you will be using in a freezer for 30 minutes. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl and whip with an electric mixer. Add the powdered sugar, Bailey’s and cocoa powder to the frothy heavy cream and mix. Whisk together with the electric mixer until soft peaks form. Sever chilled.
