Banana and Nut Smoothie

Bananas are a good source of fibre which helps cleanse your gut. Nuts are rich in fibre, protein and healthy fats which help you burn stubborn belly fat.

Ingredients:

• 1 Banana

• 1 Cup Nuts (Unsalted)

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

Peel and chop the banana. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
