Probiotic Smoothie

This smoothie contains combined nutrients such as; vitamins and antioxidants from oranges, carrot, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and plain yoghurt. It contains antibiotic properties to help combat infections, helps improve digestion, reduces inflammation and it contains vitamin D and C as well as fight It helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Orange

• 1 Carrot (peeled and chopped)

• 1 Cup of Orange Juice

• 4-5 tbsp of Plain Yoghurt

• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp Ginger

• 1/2 tsp Turmeric

• Sugar / Honey

Wash and peel the orange and carrot. Chop carrot and orange into small pieces. Add ingredients into a blender and blend. Add sugar or honey for taste.
