DURBAN - While grocery stores and supermarkets remain operational during lockdown, some retail stores have launched the click and collect service to encourage customers to stay home as much as possible to help flatten the curve.

Bigger retail stores like Supermarket giant Pick n Pay (PnP) launched a same-day grocery delivery service on Wednesday. Woolworths has a delivery service, while Shoprite launched a delivery service - Sixty60 through its more upmarket Checkers chain. Clicks, Dis-Chem, Makro and Takealot also offer the click and collect service.

According to Studio H here is a list of independently-owned food businesses that are continuing to operate during the lockdown in South Africa.
