Johannesburg - A woman and her two sons have been found dead in Fourways, Johannesburg, police said on Monday.
“Their bodies were found at 9pm (on Sunday) night,” Warrant Officer Balan Muthan said.
He said it appeared the woman had overdosed on an unknown substance and had fed it to her children, aged 12 and 17.
It was not yet known what the substance was, but it would be identified in tests carried out on the bodies, which were found at the woman's home.
An inquest and two murder dockets had been opened, Muthan said. - Sapa
