American embassies and other diplomatic facilities around the country will be closed for a second day today - again because of an undefined security threat.
"The situation is unchanged," said spokeswoman Sharon Hudson-Dean, confirming that offices were closed for a second day after receiving information from the regional security office that could not be discussed.
