Johannesburg - Joburg residents are reminded that the City of Joburg is introducing new operating hours across all its customer service centres citywide from tomorrow, February 1.
City’s spokesperson Kgamanyane Maphologela says as part of the city’s Ten-Point Plan of being a responsive government, the city is now extending operating hours.
The extending of operating hours will improve efficiency and customer service.
“We have listened to our customers and the extension of the operating hours is aligned to the needs of our customers,” says Maphologela.
