Johannesburg - A three-vehicle collision on Wednesday Morning along R21 near Nellmapius Drive has left a woman dead and five others injured, reports Netcare 911.
Spokesperson Shawn Herbst said reports from the scene indicate that a heavy motor vehicle, SUV and light delivery vehicle were involved in a collision.
"Sadly a female occupant of the bakkie sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on the scene. Another five patients sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate and once treated they were transported to a hospital," said Herbst.
Police are on the scene and are investigating the cause of the fatal collision.
