Durban - A woman was killed after being struck by lightning near Nelspruit, paramedics said on Friday.
Netcare 911 spokeswoman Athlenda Mathe said the 30-year-old woman was struck by lightning while working at an agricultural college outside Nelspruit. In Thursday afternoon.
The woman was stabilised by paramedics, who then rushed her to hospital.
