Ex-Man United midfielder Fellaini tests positive for coronavirus
CAPE TOWN – Former Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is the latest high-profile footballer to test positive for the coronavirus.
Fellaini, who plays for Chinese club Shandong Luneng, became the first player from the Chinese Super League to test positive for the virus.
“He is under observation and having treatment at a designated medical facility,” the Chinese club said in a statement on Sunday.
“The club will do its best to help in the treat and rcovery of the player.
Former former Manchester United man becomes the latest footballer to test for the virus. On Saturday, Italian Serie A club Juventus announced that Argentinian attacker Paulo Dybala had tested positive.
AC Milan also released a statement revealing that club legend and technical director Paulo Maldini, along with his son, youth team striker Daniel, were amont the thousands of Italians who tested positive for the virus.

In the Premier League, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Adoi were among the many people in England who also tested positive.
