DURBAN – AmaZulu are set to offer Siyabonga “Bhele” Nomvethe a one year contract extension.

This was confirmed by Usuthu's team manager Qedi Dlamini. The Premier Soccer League (PSL) record goal-scorer is currently 41 years but still going strong.

His current deal with Usuthu will expire in June but the club has already confrmed that he is staying.

“Bhele is not going anywhere. He is going to get another year. He is staying with the team,” Dlamini stated.

The former Bafana Bafana marksman has seen it all in his career. He has played at every major tournaments including two Fifa World Cup. Olympic Games, Africa Cup of Nations and the Uefa Champions League.

In South Africa, Bhele has represented Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Moroka Swallows.
