You can always count on Nota Baloyi to get social media talking, even if that means humiliating someone.
If he is not throwing remarks at popular women about their behaviour, he is airing his marriage business or criticising music artists.
It is no secret that, between Nota and his estranged wife Berita, the past few weeks have been rocky as he kept initiating disturbing conversations about his relationship with the Afro-soul singer.
“I held my wife down through the pandemic so she could pay off her University fees & eventually emerge from the state of having settled all personal & business debt. To thank me she decided she needed to take away from her husband who broke his back for all her achievements.” said Nota on his Twitter account
Berita responded to these claims by saying that she was being humiliated by all the things Nota revealed on the public platform.
“Nhlamulo stop it, you are humiliating me. Stop it I am tired of this. I am no longer your wife. We are separated. We have spoken about this.”
A month ago, Berita revealed that they were no longer married, and since then there has been no sign of Nota keeping Berita’s name out of his mouth.
In a string of posts, Berita said she left their marital home in January 2022 and they were no longer married.
“Morning Tweeps. I was off Twitter for a couple of days. I only became aware of statements made by Nhlamulo “ Nota” last night. I would like to first clear the air by being quiet because there is families involved in this situation.”
“I am no longer married to Nhlamulo “Nota” Baloyi. I left our marital home on Thursday the 13 January 2022. As it stands we are currently separated.”
