Cowhouse Market

Known as one of Pretoria's best gourmet food and craft market, the Cowhouse Market is a weekend market with a difference. It operates every Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 4pm. 

This family spot is free for everyone, including your pet. They also offer a cycle track and running trails. 

At the market, enjoy  burgers, beer and great entertainment.

Hazel Food Market

Hazel Food Market is situated Menlo Park, in the heart of Pretoria’s Old East. 

The market is opened every Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Known as a market for all taste buds, everything is freshly sourced.  It is a great place for parents to catch a breath while their kids enjoy themselves with the range of activities provided. 

There are benches scattered all over where you can relax with a cappuccino while the kids play on the jungle gym and jumping castle.

Kimiad Village Market

Kimiad Village Market makes for a fun outing for family and friends. The market offers fun activities for children and adults. With a wide variety of original arts, crafts and food, the market has established a name for itself among the locals. 

The market takes place every Sunday at the Kimiad Golf Course from 10am to 3pm. There will be two markets over the festive season, on  the 11 and 18 December.

 Located in Montana Park, one can spend hours wandering its carefully curated stalls.

The market sells fresh fruits and vegetables, food, handcraft items, clothing and other items for visitors to enjoy. The market is held every Saturday, from 8am to 2pm. It's an ideal spot for family and friends, and perfect for all those festive season shopping.

Irene Village Market at the Big Red Barn is an arts and crafts market. The market offers  original art and craft and famous for its South African handmade arts. It is situated  on Sunlawns Estate that overlook the Kaal River. 

The Big Red Barn offers all kinds of fun, such as Acrobranch and Segway for children, a 20km to 30km mountain bike route, a 5km to 13km trail run and a unique Olifants Cafe at the Barn. Dogs are allowed. The next market is on December 16.
