While it’s chilly back home, we chase the sun and Black Coffee - in Ibiza. With a breathtaking view of Es Vedrà in front of us, the first party we attended in Ibiza was incredible. Invited by Hunter’s Cider on a trip that culminates with experiencing Black Coffee play live at the popular Hï Ibiza club on Saturday, we got off to a good start on Thursday.
We were shuttled to a private villa that is rumoured to have had the likes of Rihanna as guests. The villa boasted two pools and ample space to enjoy the sun and the shade. Hunter’s even put a gigantic mirror H near the all night bar, which, of course, became the glitzy version of a photo booth.
The cider ran a competition to come to Ibiza and now, 15 winners and their partners are being given the velvet rope treatment as they experience one of the party capitals in the world.
They also get to hang out with personalities like Shashi Naidoo, Nadia Jaftha and Lindy Lin. Everyone lost their minds when Black Coffee popped up to surprise the winners and greet them. It was nice to watch the joy on their faces as he jumped in to take a photo with them.
We were also treated to spectacular DJ sets by Da Capo as well as DJ Euphonik. A masked (imagine that heat!) individual called Hyenah kickstarted the all day party and DJ Tira masterfully closed it off.
