Khloe Kardashian has been feasting on noodles, one of her pregnancy cravings, in Kyoto in Japan.

The 33-year-old reality star stayed in the city with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West on Thursday, and took to her Instagram Story to share a series of images of her dangling the Japanese food in her mouth.

She captioned the image: "In my element."

Khloe recently admitted she is feeling "healthy and strong".

The blonde beauty opened up on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' at the weekend about the struggles she faced in her first trimester, but now that she's eight months pregnant with her and Tristan Thompson's first child, she's feeling better than ever.

She commented to one fan on Instagram: "I am so thankful that after my first trimester... my pregnancy has been so healthy and strong! God is great! Much luck to you and your family. (sic)"

The episode showed how ill Khloe felt after taking progesterone supplement pills and she didn't realise how common the side effects were until fans reached out after the show aired.

She told another follower: "I didn't realize how common that was until the episode came out. It's good to not feel alone (sic)"

Khloe admitted on the show she felt "gross" because of the pills.

She shared: "Literally, I can't walk. I just feel sick every night. I feel gross."

Khloe confirmed she was pregnant on December 20, having previously made a conscious decision to remain tight-lipped about the speculation.

She recently admitted she "can't wait" to get back into the gym following her baby's arrival.

The 'Revenge Body' star explained that although she's not currently concerned about what she's been eating, she's excited by the prospect of losing her pregnancy weight.

When talking about her pregnancy cravings in a post on her app, she shared: "During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all. I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound.

"I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait! Of course, I can't go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I'm just happy I still have the energy!"
