Khloe Kardashian has revealed she "reprogrammed" herself to think differently about food to win her battle with her weight.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who is currently pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson - is a "huge foodie" but has learned to take a more moderate approach to meals in order to look and feel good about herself.

Speaking on her TV show 'Revenge Body', she said: "I love food, I'm a huge foodie. But everything in moderation for me.

"It is re-programming your mind. But once you get there and once you re-programme it, you start feeling good and your skin is great and your hair is growing."

✨Sometimes it's hard for me to post these transformation posts only because I can't imagine my life being this unhealthy again. Never would I ever consider myself fat, But I would consider myself unhealthy mentally/physically and not knowing my true value. Mind, body and soul. For me, my transformation journey started from within. I needed to heal myself from the inside out. Once I started putting myself first, everything started falling into place. My life transformed a few years ago when I made the decision to stop existing and start living. I decided when I was ready regardless of what anybody else was saying about me. Regardless of the pressures. I had to do this on my terms or I knew it wouldn't last. It's ok to take the control back. Choose your life. Don't let anybody else decide for you! We are no victims to life but we can become victims and prisoners to the people that we choose to surround ourselves with if we allow them to break us and consume us. Never be afraid to put yourself first! Never choose comfort over your own well-being! Never forget that fate loves the fearless! Today's wisdom was yesterday's pain. Tomorrow's happiness is today's bravery! I am so proud of myself for being stronger than I've ever been-mind body and soul. I am even prouder of myself that I've been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle for so many years. I broke that cycle and I'm happier than I have ever been! You can do this!! Start from within and nothing can stop you. Elevate yourself- mind body and soul ✨

The 33-year-old beauty previously admitted she has been given into cravings and eating more while she is expecting. But she has continued to work out and "can't wait" to get her pre-pregnancy body back.

Khloe said: "During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all. I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound. I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait!

"Of course, I can't go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I'm just happy I still have the energy!"

The reality star insisted she's indulging in her cravings "in moderation" during her pregnancy, and hasn't been scoffing "an entire box of cookies" in one sitting.

Although she has admitted to eating three bowls of cereal for one lunch.

Meanwhile, Khloe confessed she has always struggled to deal with comparisons to her sisters Kim Kardashian West, 37, and Kourtney Kardashian, 38.

She shared: "My entire life I've been compared to my sisters and I don't look like them.

"I always had blonde, really curly hair and when you're young and you're chubby and tall ... I would have teachers be like 'Oh, you're Kourtney and Kim's sister?'"
