Durban - Men delivering bags of compressed dagga to an informal settlement in Clare Estate fled leaving their stash behind on Thursday.

Captain Nqobile Gwala, a KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson said, in the early hours of Thursday morning, SAPS members were patrolling the N2 freeway under the Clare Road bridge when they noticed a white truck.
