This delectable wine-paired dinner will be offered to Grill Jichana guests for a limited two-month period, and currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays until November.
The wine-paired dinner will take your tastebuds on an adventure as each meal is paired with four outstanding wines, including KWV’s Mentors Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon 2015 and Cathedral Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon 2013.
The pairing is made up of four courses with each wine paired perfectly to enhance the taste of each course - carefully put together by head chef Denbeigh van der Merwe.
Director of operations KZN hotels, Samantha Croft, says guests will be guided through each course and given insight on the tasting notes of each wine and more about the KWV winery, which celebrates its 100th birthday this year.
“We are thrilled to offer our guests this unique experience where great food is complemented with equally great wine. Our guests will also have the opportunity to select the full menu offering or choose to dine with a specific course,” Croft says.
