MY SON has been working for a large well known company. He has been temping for 18 months. His manager has made it very clear he wants black people as permanent staff.
That is not good at all. My son works hard but others often spend their time on the internet.
Recently my son applied for a position that he is capable of doing but he was not even called for an interview. They eventually hired someone who was from outside.
He was told that he was not black enough. He was very disappointed and now hates going to work.
